Chavis Automotive Repair

Jerome was a huge blessing for me today. I'm traveling, it's a Sunday, and I had a serious car issue needing to be addressed before I could continue on the road. I was at an auto parts store attempting to locate the part needed but wasn't certain I could pull off the job myself. On a late Sunday morning I called Chavis Automotive Repair and Jerome had the ability to swing by and take a look at my car on the way to another job. When I met him I could tell he was knowledgeable, honest, and a genuine person. He asked me to wait for him to go complete the other job first and I did, happy to know I had reliable help coming back for me. He returned in a reasonable amount of time and was able to work a fix for me in a parking lot in roughly an hour and a half. I am so grateful to the service provided. It was a pleasure to meet you and Mellow, thank you for helping me get back on tour 🙏🏼

Jerome towed and fixed my company vehicle back on the road running! Mr tire quoted me a 12K repair and Jerome was able to not only fix it but has it driving smoother than it was before and only had it two days kept me updated through out the way and provided me itemized invoice! For a fraction of the cost! Unbelievable! Great work will be returning back for any further needed repairs!

Mr.Chavis was amazing! I had purchased a battery from an auto supply shop that was supposed to install it for the price of the battery and refused. I called Chavis auto repair after hours and he called me back and said he would replace the battery for $40 which is amazing! He also noticed that my car was due for inspection and did the inspection for me too! I will absolutely go to him for any of my future car repairs and I would recommend others to do as well! Very kind, respectful, and honest people!

Excellent work done by Mr. Jerome! Extremely helpful and personable for a good price too. Thankful, I don’t have to go through summer without AC!

I had a great experience with Mr. Chavis. On Sunday morning, my car started overheating—smoke was coming from under the hood and there was fluid leaking onto the ground, so I couldn’t even drive it to a shop. He came out to my apartment parking lot to take a look, quickly figured out the issue, and replaced the radiator and thermostat right there. The price was great, and the work was done efficiently. I really appreciate how quickly he responded and got my car back up and running.
